About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join our team at Harrods. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing tailored product recommendations, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service, understanding and meeting the needs of each customer
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest luxury beauty trends
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Champion the My Beauty rewards scheme and customer feedback surveys
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure adequate stock levels

About You

We are looking for an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail, hospitality, or beauty. You will have a proven track record of providing memorable service to clients, be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission while continually learning and developing to achieve more.
