We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team at Four Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the business in achieving its goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the organization
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to drive business performance and growth
- Lead on performance management and absence reviews, ensuring a fair and consistent approach
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
