Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Avionic/Electrical Workshop Engineer to join our team at Matchtech. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Workshop Team Leader in ensuring the effective delivery of customer contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety, Quality & Regulatory Compliance: Promote a "Just Culture" with regard to safety and reporting of occurrences within the business.
  • Project Delivery: Liaise with other departments to achieve project delivery, including Design, Quality, Engineering Control, Logistics, and Aircraft Maintenance.
  • Certification: Certify electro/mechanical components within the scope of Part 145/ISO authorisations and support Part 21 manufacturing within the scope of authorisations held.
  • Tooling Requirements: Highlight any tooling requirements to the Team Leader and assist with preparation of business cases for procurement.
  • Test and Ground Support Equipment: Ensure that all test and ground support equipment is in a serviceable/calibrated condition.
