Avionic/Electrical Workshop Specialist

The Avionic/Electrical Workshop Engineer will be responsible for assisting the Workshop Team Leader in ensuring the effective delivery of customer contractual requirements for Part-145 C-rated electrical/avionic maintenance activities and Part-21 Electrical/Electronic manufacturing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the overall performance of the Avionic Workshop, including safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Promote a 'Just Culture' with regard to safety and reporting of occurrences within the business.
  • Liaise with other departments to achieve project delivery, including Design, Quality, Engineering Control, Logistics, and Aircraft Maintenance.
  • Certify electro/mechanical components within the scope of Part 145/ISO authorisations.
  • Certify Part 21 manufacturing within the scope of held authorisations.
  • Support the Engineering Control department in developing route master documents for component rework.
  • Highlight tooling requirements to the Team Leader and assist with business case preparation for procurement.

As a key member of the team, the Avionic/Electrical Workshop Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Avionic Workshop and contributing to the company's success.
