As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering commercial projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and quality
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering commercial projects in the construction industry
- Strong project management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel nationwide, with occasional overnight stays
- RICS accredited degree and membership of a construction-based subscription
