Position: German Customer Support Executive

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and fluent German speaker to join our vibrant team as a Customer Support Executive. This role is pivotal in assisting customers throughout their journey, from the initial inquiry to the loan application process, within a fast-paced and innovative SME lending environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business owners through inbound calls, providing answers to their inquiries.
  • Oversee the support and customer service inbox to maintain high service standards.
  • Utilize various enterprise technology platforms and proprietary solutions to process applications and address customer questions.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing issues for existing clients.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in German is essential.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, organization, and reliability.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of interacting via phone and email in both English and German.
  • A customer-centric approach.
  • Friendly and sociable, with a desire to thrive in a positive company culture.
  • Willingness to embrace challenges.
  • Availability for 5-6 weeks of on-site training prior to transitioning to a hybrid work model.
