About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Forum School. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children and young people with their personal care needs
  • Encourage and support participation in a wide range of activities and interests
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our young people, their families, and other professionals
