Care Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our team at The Care Bureau. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, including Occupational Health and Physiotherapists, to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care delivery.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
