We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Internal Communications and Engagement Executive to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our People function, you will play a vital role in bringing our purpose to life for our team.
As the Internal Comms & Engagement coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a number of comms and engagement projects simultaneously. This will include coordinating activities and campaigns, creating engaging content and storytelling, and showing how much we care for each other through our wellbeing, team voice, and L&D initiatives.
You will have the autonomy to manage your own campaigns and will work closely with our comms champions on each of our resorts to produce and share consistent content. This is a hands-on role with plenty of opportunity to stamp your mark and make a difference to how we do things.
About YouWe are looking for a pro-active, well-organised, and creative individual who is passionate about internal communications and engagement. You should have excellent writing and proof-reading skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once. As this role sits within our People team function, you should always operate with discretion and confidentiality.
We are a small comms team, so there will be plenty of opportunities to take a leading role and manage your own projects. If you want a role where you can create smiles, get stuck in, and work in a team that genuinely cares for each other, this could be the perfect fit for you.
