About the Role

We are seeking experienced Complex Care Support Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with a range of complex healthcare needs, ensuring their well-being and safety within their homes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering compassionate and individualized care to clients with diverse medical conditions.
  • Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes in client condition.
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Collaborating with families, healthcare providers, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience providing complex care in a professional UK setting.
  • Knowledge of various medical conditions and treatments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean UK driving license.
