About the Role:

  • Support a young teenage boy with complex health needs in his family home
  • Work on Mondays and Tuesdays, with alternate Sundays
  • Morning and evening shifts, with some flexibility required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to the young person, including assistance with daily living tasks
  • Support the young person with their daily routine, including meal times and leisure activities
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Communicate effectively with the young person, their family, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:
