  • Help the people we support to engage in leisure and social activities, and celebrate special occasions.
  • Communicate appropriately, considering individual communication needs, and helping people to communicate effectively with others.
  • Work across various shift patterns, including early, late, weekend, or night shifts. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
