About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience at our leisure centre.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing information and assistance on our facilities and services. You will also be responsible for promoting our products and services, and building relationships with our customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and visitors
  • Assist customers with queries and concerns
  • Promote our products and services to customers
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to promote our products and services to customers, and build relationships with them to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.
