Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lymington Health and Leisure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, promoting our services, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Promote our services and products to customers, highlighting the benefits of membership and other offers.
  • Establish key relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the leisure centre, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers.

Requirements

  • Experience of serving customers in a face-to-face environment.
  • Able to promote services and sell products.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, enthusiasm, and motivation.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with a good attention to detail.

About the Role

This is a part-time role, working 16 hours a week on a rota basis. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a wide range of customers, and promoting our services and products.
