About the Role
The Aurora Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized EHCP Quality Coordinator/Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Education Health Care Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective cross-functional working and build strong networks.
- Proactively manage EHCP paperwork and identify issues to alleviate them.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive data for quality cycles in liaison with key team members.
- Support the identification of 'at risk' pupils and ensure teachers have completed relevant work towards reviewing EHCP objectives.
- Ensure consistent and accessible systems for recording, storing, and accessing students' EHCPs.
- Remind teachers to complete necessary reviews of progress and provide support to complete tasks.
- Prepare Heads of School/Education/Therapy/Care for external/internal meetings.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills. You will be proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
