Job Summary:

Aspire Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business operations and ensuring the smooth running of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage business operations to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective operational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business software.

Working Hours:

30am-5pm Mon-Fri, office based.

Driving Requirement:

Must be able to drive for this role.
