We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Performance Improvement Manager to join our team at Thales. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving performance improvement and excellence across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our key suppliers to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive quality and delivery performance.
- Develop and implement supplier performance metrics and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide coaching and guidance to suppliers on quality and delivery best practices.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on performance improvement and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and systems, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
