Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Silverdale Primary Academy. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching and learning of our pupils, providing individualized support to ensure they reach their full potential.

About the Role:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities to pupils with varying needs
  • Provide individualized support to pupils, adapting to their learning styles and abilities
  • Assist with the preparation and organization of resources and materials for lessons
