We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a popular food-led pub with rooms in the Ashbourne area. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fresh food pub cuisine and be able to create a tantalising menu using seasonal local produce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a menu that showcases the best of local seasonal produce
  • Train and manage a team of 4 kitchen staff
  • Oversee the financial management of the kitchen

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £38-40,000 + tips
  • 2 days off per week
  • Straight shifts
  • Live-in accommodation available above the pub for the right candidate

About the Role:

The successful Head Chef will be responsible for creating a menu that showcases the best of local seasonal produce, training and managing a team of 4 kitchen staff, and overseeing the financial management of the kitchen.
