We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing store profitability through effective leadership and management of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through your team by implementing effective sales strategies and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring costs are contained within targets and store profitability is maximized.
  • Develop and implement plans to promote sales within the store, including visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stock losses.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
