About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled In-Store Cleaning Manager to join our team at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning services provided to our retail clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules and rotas to meet business needs
- Monitor and manage health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Support with recruiting, training, and developing cleaning staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in a team management or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or facilities management environment
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and health and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing business needs
