Technical Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our client's sales team in the German market. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving new sales growth by developing and managing a strong pipeline of new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry, and a deep understanding of large-scale industrial processes. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, providing technical consultation and advice on how our client's products fit within their processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the German market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies

Requirements:

  • German as a native language; fluent in English
  • Strong background in sales, preferably within manufacturing
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
  • STEM or engineering background/understanding
  • Full driving license
