We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Housekeeping Supervisor

You will oversee a dynamic team and guarantee that numerous guests enjoy exceptional stays in pristine accommodations.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Guiding your team to maintain the highest standards and meticulous attention to detail consistently
  • Addressing guest feedback and concerns professionally, resolving any issues promptly
  • Ensuring your team completes their tasks within designated time frames
  • Upholding cleanliness standards in guest rooms
  • Making sure that hotel protocols are adhered to by all team members

What we are looking for:

The quality of our guest rooms will create a lasting impression, requiring you to possess a sharp eye for detail and a drive to meet objectives.

You should be adept at communicating effectively at all levels and contribute to the Hotel Product Plan.

Remaining composed under pressure is essential, as you will need to handle unexpected situations with ease.
