Job Title: Interim Senior HR Manager

1st Executive Ltd is seeking an experienced Interim Senior HR Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing a range of Employee Relations Cases, supporting business change projects, and engaging with both UK and Asia Employee Relations Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Employee Relations, providing insight and interpretation to managers and employees.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare reports, responding to and investigating concerns.
  • Assist in reviewing, revising or recommending ER policies, identifying and communicating employment and workplace trends.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing Employee Relations, with a broad knowledge of HR Principles.
  • Degree educated - ideally an Employment Law Degree, with excellent communication ability.
  • Experience within a large, matrix organisation, with a strong understanding of HR best practices.
