Job Title: Interim Senior HR Manager

1st Executive is seeking an experienced Interim Senior HR Manager to join our team on a 6-month initial contract. The successful candidate will report to the Head of International Employee Relations and be responsible for managing a range of Employee Relations Cases, supporting business change projects, and engaging with both UK and Asia Employee Relations Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Employee Relations, providing insight and interpretation to managers and employees.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare reports, responding to and investigating concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in reviewing, revising, or recommending ER policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify and communicate employment and workplace trends, providing valuable insights to the business.
Requirements:
  • Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean language proficiency is essential.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing Employee Relations in a large, matrix organisation.
  • Degree educated, ideally in Employment Law.
  • Broad knowledge of HR Principles and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in a hybrid working environment, with the ability to work from home and in the office.
