Job Overview

Job Profile: We are seeking a highly skilled Door-to-Door Sales Manager to lead our EE Franchise Field Team.

Location: Cardiff area

Salary: £25-28,000 with an OTE of £50,000 per year (including commission and bonuses)

Role Responsibilities:

As a Door-to-Door Sales Manager for Ortel Limited, you will oversee a team of Sales Executives responsible for sales of EE broadband products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Setting sales targets and strategies to achieve business growth
  • Leading and motivating a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Providing coaching and training to Sales Executives to improve sales skills and product knowledge
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing regular feedback to Sales Executives
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless sales operations

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a door-to-door sales environment
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to lead a team of Sales Executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
