Servicing Account Manager - Bridging Loans

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers through the arrears and breaches lifecycle, including receivership or legal repossession processes and complex litigation cases.
  • Proactively contact customers in financial difficulty to assess their options for repayment of their loan, ensuring full collections, redemptions, and default loans policy is met.
  • Prepare and review redemption statements.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, helping them to solve any queries and offering support and solutions, as well as exploring forbearance.
  • Answer incoming telephone, letter, and email queries, providing positive customer service.
Requirements:
  • A background within bridging loans.
  • Experience in servicing, including arrears and collections.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to collaborate and support customers.
  • The ability to prioritise, take initiative, and work to deadlines.
