UK Technical Support Spare Parts Specialist

As a key member of the Ergéa UK and Ireland Limited team, you will be responsible for managing e-quip spare parts data, ensuring its accuracy and quality. This includes collaborating with Ergéa Procurement to identify and acquire spare parts, as well as maintaining D365 with up-to-date biomed spare parts information.
You will also be responsible for enhancing spare part data by linking it to equipment models and photos, where necessary. Additionally, you will perform data mining activities to produce reports as required and assist approvers in managing changes to orders.
Furthermore, you will work with Procurement to control pricing and preferred suppliers, and undertake other reasonable tasks as directed by the UK Technical Support Manager.
It is essential to manage agreed financial approval levels within e-quip and comply with Ergéa Quality Assurance and Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
