Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of workshop staff to achieve set objectives and customers' expectations.

- Ensure the DMS is updated and accurate.
- Identify potential warranty claims as per manufacturers' requirements.
- Liaise with the parts department for them to order parts.
- Complete job cards.
- Undertake performance reviews and initiate training where needed.
- Main Dealer experience is essential.
- Experience within the Workshop Controller environment.
- An understanding of management and training techniques.
- Awareness of Health and Safety policies.
- The ability to be self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Excellent time management skills.
