Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Instro Precision. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Monitoring and Improvement
    • Monitor production processes to identify potential problems and malfunctions.
    • Participate in the validation of manufacturing and engineering processes, including on-the-job training.
  • Quality Issue Resolution
    • Resolve quality issues through the structured application of problem-solving and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Calibration and Auditing
    • Monitor the calibration system and ensure equipment is continually calibrated to schedule.
    • Complete internal product and system audits, performing any necessary duties as an internal auditor.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with the wider team to embed lean methodologies, challenging processes, equipment, and people to improve capability, reliability, and performance.
  • Security Clearance
    • Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be eligible to obtain security clearance to SC level.
