Position Overview:
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Warranty Quality Assurance Specialist. This role is essential for maintaining high standards in our warranty processes and ensuring quality control of components.

Compensation:
£35,000 per annum

Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Overtime:
Additional hours may be required based on workload demands.

Location:
Dartford

Key Responsibilities:
The Warranty Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing the online warranty claims system.
  • Evaluating and deciding on warranty claims.
  • Monitoring safety recalls and initiating new recalls as necessary.
  • Processing returned items and warranty invoices.
  • Generating weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
  • Collaborating with suppliers regarding ongoing quality issues.
  • Identifying and isolating defective components.
  • Processing and following up on supplier returns.
  • Performing various related tasks as required.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • A hands-on approach to handling parts, including packing and shipping.
  • A desire to develop technical knowledge.
  • The confidence to engage with suppliers regarding quality matters.
  • The ability to travel for supplier visits.
  • Experience in warranty processing at a dealership level is preferred.
