Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care home teams across the country. As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, and they will look to you to guide and support them in life-changing decisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to our Residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our multi-professional teams.
- Contribute to the development of our care home teams, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the quality of care we provide.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest best practices and research in nursing care.
About You
We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, who is committed to their profession and dedicated to providing the kindest care to our Residents. You will have a degree in Nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality care in a nurse-led environment.
