You'll be responsible for preparing and delivering food and beverage orders, ensuring that every guest feels well-fed and happy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders with a smile
  • Make recommendations on menu items and upsell opportunities
  • Ensure quick and efficient service, checking with guests to ensure their meal meets their expectations
  • Present bills, collect payments, and remove trays and trolleys
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the room service area
