Job Summary

As a Room Service Server at Marriott International, you will be the face of our culinary experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well-fed. Your exceptional service skills and knowledge of our menu will make all the difference in creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver food and beverage orders with a smile, making recommendations and upselling where appropriate
  • Ensure quick and efficient service, checking with guests to ensure their meal meets their expectations
  • Present bills, collect payments, and remove trays and trolleys
  • Take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the room service area
