We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Mental Health Nurse to join our North Cotswolds Recovery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with severe mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans to optimize service users' ability to remain in the community.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective service delivery.
- Support clinical governance initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Registered Nurse Mental Health (RNMH) qualification.
- Experience in mental health, preferably in community settings.
- Strong understanding of severe mental illness (SMI) and recovery principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
