Salary Range: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
Employment Type: Full Time
Start Date: Immediate
As a vital member of our dedicated sales team, you will engage in managing business-to-business inquiries, pricing, and sales of garage doors and associated components.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering sales and product assistance to clients regarding our selection of garage doors, accessories, and spare parts.
- Collaborating closely with both internal and external sales teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Understanding and fulfilling customer needs effectively.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Processing orders received via phone and email communications.
- Proactively reaching out to existing clients to inform them of promotions and special offers.
- Participating in regular Sales Team Meetings to discuss strategies and performance.
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and systems.
- Performing general administrative tasks as required.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Confident and proactive working style.
- Effective time and workload management skills.
- Proficient in IT, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a sales or office setting.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage 200 software.
- Background in the Garage Door or Construction industry, or experience working with tradespeople.
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
