About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team at North Downs Hospitals. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing pre-assessment procedures
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement within the team

Requirements

  • Current NMC registration
  • Previous experience working within a surgical ward
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
