Mental Health Officer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Officer to join our busy and supportive mental health team in Stirling City Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking statutory MHO duties under the Mental Health, Adults with Incapacity and Criminal Justice Acts.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake statutory MHO duties under the Mental Health, Adults with Incapacity and Criminal Justice Acts
- Provide person-centred assessment and practice skills
- Have a sound knowledge of relevant legislation
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide a comprehensive service
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work
- Registration with the SSSC
- Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Officer Studies
What We Offer
- 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service)

- Biennial incremental progression until top of your payscale is reached
