Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Financial Planning team at Evelyn Partners. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Financial Planners while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborating closely with assigned Financial Planners to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Coordinating with operational teams to support various activities, such as scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data modifications.
  • Preparing meeting materials and valuations as necessary.
  • Maintaining back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Experience in financial planning or wealth management.
  • Familiarity with senior stakeholders and financial advisers.
  • Experience in end-to-end service delivery.
  • A strong commitment to client service.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong influencing and organizational abilities.
  • Sound judgment and reasoning skills to propose effective solutions to challenges.
