Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated professional to become a key member of our front office team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our Client Administration and Financial Planning departments while fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

This position requires on-site presence during standard business hours.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communications with clients and stakeholders through various channels including in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
  • Welcome and assist clients upon their arrival.
  • Offer support to clients and stakeholders as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a front office reception capacity.
  • Desirable knowledge or experience in financial services.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and effectively prioritize tasks.
