Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellence in customer service.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations is essential for understanding the role's contribution to the overall guest experience.
  • L2 Food Hygiene certification is preferred, and working towards achieving it is encouraged.
