Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to join our team at TMW Unlimited. As a key member of our field-based team, you will work closely with our agency team, the manufacturer, and retail network to develop and implement effective marketing strategies across the Southern UK region.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive business growth and customer engagement in the Southern UK region.
  • Collaborate with the retail network to plan, implement, and measure local marketing campaigns across all business areas.
  • Work closely with the agency team and manufacturer to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to dealers on marketing solutions, including lead generation, lead management, and customer loyalty.
  • Identify and support new starters within the network to provide inductions to the brand and marketing support.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar field-based marketing role (client or agency-side) with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Dynamic and inspiring confidence in the dealer network and senior management, with in-depth channel knowledge.
  • Comprehensive and demonstrable knowledge of the full marketing mix, including digital and social platforms.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • A problem solver with excellent people management skills.
