**Job Summary**

Redmore Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to support and act as Relief to the Site Manager, covering Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment procedures to ensure company and legal standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of safety and environmental awareness within the organization.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Site Manager to ensure seamless coverage of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental responsibilities.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a SHEQ role, with a strong understanding of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
