**Job Summary:**

Redmore Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Manager to support and act as Relief to the Site Manager, covering Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment procedures, ensuring that company and legal standards are met.
  • Support company SHEQ initiatives, drive a proactive approach to accident prevention and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including site teams and management.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to site teams on Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental matters.


**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in a SHEQ role, with a strong understanding of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.
