Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Integral UK Ltd, a leading Facilities and Maintenance firm based across the UK. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering commercial excellence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the commercial team in delivering commercial duties for our clients, including procuring and managing our supply chain.
  • Minimise costs and enhance value for money while achieving required standards and quality for our clients.
  • Work with Project Managers and single-source contractors to identify value engineering reductions.
  • Build estimates from first principles, including net and gross estimates.
  • Provide commercial adjudication to potential tenders and negotiate claims when required.
  • Manage commercial activities to meet programme requirements.
  • Prepare and submit claims, including monthly valuations and final accounts.
  • Manage NEC3 contracts, including Early Warning Notices, Risk Registers, and Compensation Events.
  • Identify savings and value engineering opportunities.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (highly desirable).
  • Proven experience in the role of a Quantity Surveyor within the building/construction/building service industries (essential).
  • Competent user of IT software packages, including MS Office.
