Job Description

**Job Title:** Asbestos Survey Analyst

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team. As a Mobile Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting asbestos sampling, re-inspections, management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on a wide range of domestic, commercial, and industrial properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct asbestos sampling and re-inspections in accordance with HSG264 and company procedures
  • Collect site data and transport asbestos samples to UKAS accredited laboratories
  • Complete asbestos survey reports and drawings using company software
  • Work in accordance with current health and safety guidelines and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ensure quality and professionalism at all times
  • Manage and maintain all equipment and PPE issued by the company
  • Document inspections in accordance with company procedures

**Requirements:**

  • BOHS P402 (or equivalent) Buildings surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos qualification
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and asbestos data collection software (currently Alpha Tracker)
  • Experience in collecting data using hand-held mobile devices
  • Minimum age 21 and at least 1 year's driving experience with no more than 6 penalty points on the license
