Position: Early Years Educator

Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds

£140 - £180 Per day

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, prepare, and deliver stimulating and interactive lessons tailored for Key Stage 1 learners.

2. Evaluate and track student development, offering constructive feedback to students, parents, and fellow educators.

3. Foster a welcoming and inclusive educational atmosphere that promotes student engagement and success.

4. Collaborate with peers to create and execute effective teaching methodologies.

5. Assist in the social, emotional, and academic growth of students.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

2. Relevant degree in Education or a related discipline

3. Familiarity with the Key Stage 1 curriculum

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

Experience:

Prior experience in teaching Key Stage 1 students is advantageous.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Profound understanding of child development and effective teaching practices.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

3. Capability to adapt instruction to cater to the varied needs of students.

Desirable Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education

Work Environment:

1. Engage in a school setting with Key Stage 1 students.

2. Full-time hours, temporary role.

3. Collaborative environment with fellow educators and school personnel.

All quoted pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role in the future.
