Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Sales Manager to join our team at Language Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our international export sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop our international export sales team to achieve sales targets and growth.
  • Analyse country-by-country sales performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement indirect sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Travel internationally to meet with clients, partners, and other stakeholders as required.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue in new and existing markets.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in an export sales development role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong research skills and commercial awareness, with the ability to analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
