About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Paritas Recruitment. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-native solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of cloud-native solutions, considering aspects such as deployment, automation, and ongoing support.
  • Optimization: Optimize solutions for cost, performance, security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Event-Driven Microservices: Design and implement event-driven microservice architectures that support the organization's competitive positioning.
  • Mentorship: Mentor engineers to deliver high-quality, cloud-led solutions for our customers.
  • Technical Strategy: Shape technical strategies, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Enterprise, Security, Data, and Infrastructure Architects to create customer value and solve complex business challenges.
  • Risk Management: Support Product Owners and Platform Leads in managing infrastructure and software risks, ensuring systems are continuously updated and fit for purpose.
Requirements
  • Strong Solution Architecture Experience: Have strong solution architecture experience, utilizing modern technologies including Single Page Applications (e.g., ReactJS), Mobile Native and Cross-Platform Apps (iOS, Android, React Native), Microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Event-Driven Architectures: Possess hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and streaming platforms such as Kafka.
  • API Standards: Are proficient in API standards, security, and gateway patterns.
  • Data Technologies: Have solid experience with data technologies (SQL/NoSQL, Big Data).
  • GCP Experience: Have practical implementation experience in GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
  • API Gateway and Management: Are familiar with API Gateway and Management Platforms such as IBM API Connect, Apigee, or Microsoft Azure API Manager.
  • Cloud Storage and Security: Understand cloud storage, security, networking, and resource provisioning.
