Your Role

As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will play an essential role in ensuring that our Associates and Partners in Public Law receive the administrative assistance they require. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist fee earners in the creation of electronic and physical bundles, as well as managing the opening and closing of files within our digital systems.
  • Address inquiries from fee earners through various communication channels.
  • Ensure that all team documentation is organized and that databases are consistently updated.
  • Initiate case files using the appropriate case management platforms.
  • Process payments, including invoices and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare digital documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Oversee the administration of the department's digital storage solutions.
  • Manage incoming mail, along with printing and scanning tasks.
